Welcome to The Recruiting Factor.  Please forgive our appearance as we grow.    The Recruiting Factor is a newly formed division of The Sales Factor.  In the past our recruiting efforts have focused exclusively on sales professionals.  However, as we’ve grown, our clients have asked us to help them with “infrastructure” personnel as well - those people that don’t get much attention but touch customers every day and are critical to making a company run successfully.  As a result, we have spun off a separate group to focus exclusively on recruiting.   We have excellent references and have worked in a wide variety of industries will both F-500s as well as early and growth stage companies.
