Elliot Levine is the founder and managing partner of The Sales Factor.

Prior to The Sales Factor, Elliot was the president and CEO of Savoir Technology. Based in Silicon Valley, Savoir was a leading supplier of mid-range UNIX-based systems both branded (IBM, NCR, Unisys) and white box. There he oversaw the company's three divisions; VAR System Sales, Storage, and OEM Assembly.

Before joining Savoir, Elliot spent four years as president and COO of Softmart, Inc. a global reseller of computer products to the Fortune 1000 market place. During his tenure there he expanded the company's reach into the small to mid-tier market and obtained key authorizations from leading suppliers like Compaq, HP and IBM. He also served for three years on Microsoft's Executive Reseller Council.

Elliot has held a variety of other executive sales and marketing position including vice-president and general manager of ENSONIQ's multimedia division, and vice-president of sales for Merisel, Inc. a global provider of PC hardware and software where he managed three of the company's five divisions and a $1.8 billion dollar sales budget. He was also the founder and managing partner of Channel Resources, a channel consulting company based in Seattle.

In his career, Elliot has consulted for a variety of companies including IBM, Digital Equipment. Most recently, he had engagements with companies such as Microsoft, FullTilt Solutions (IT consulting), Satori Group (business intelligence), Accruity (financial services), Fidelity Leasing (financial services), Made4Me (Internet-based manufacturing) and Safeguard Scientifics (venture capital).
