InSourcing is a new and highly effective way for companies
to drive revenue by increasing their sales pipeline. Our InSourcing
programs create turnkey BDCs (business development centers)
within an organization by leveraging their existing in-house
infrastructure (PCs, Phones, etc.) while outsourcing the strategy,
process flows, "scripting", personnel and all management
activities, making it exceptionally cost-effective.
BDCs can
be active for as little as three months with as few as one
person or as long as several years with a complete sales team.
By using InSourcing, you can begin generating quality leads
and/or meetings within four to six weeks.
WHAT
ARE THE DELIVERABLES?
Strategy - We will create the overall "meeting
generation" strategy that is designed specifically for
your business environment that will most effectively generate
leads and/or meetings for your company and reps.
Implementation
plan - Based on the strategy we develop, we will produce
a tabbed binder that will contain;
· the
overall sales strategy (i.e. contacting a prospect, engaging
in dialog)
· the sales methodology being used (i.e. Reverse-Selling)
· all process flow charts that support the strategy
· all scripting for dialog and voice mails to
ensure everyone is "on message"
· responses to the top objections to ensure
crisp, effective and professional responses
· an FAQ library
Personnel
- We will recruit, hire and train all personnel that will
reside on our payroll.
Management
- We will assign a professional manager to provide on-going
management for all of our on-site personnel as well as continually
updating and enhancing the model to ensuring maximum results.
Reporting
- Each week you will receive executive level reporting including
both quantitative and qualitative information most important
to you.
