Ken Sanders - Partner
Ken
has over 20 years of financial services experience with primary
competencies in sales and operations. Most recently Ken was
COO for SEISMIQ, Inc., a leading software developer for the
leasing industry where he was responsible for all operational
aspects of the organization as well as leading the sales,
marketing and public relations efforts.
Other
experience includes Advanta Leasing and Tokai Financial Services
where Ken was responsible for implementing start-up outbound
tele-generation centers. Both of these new programs became
the leading source of revenue in the vendor/reseller business
segments. During his tenure at Tokai, Ken also introduced
and sponsored a total re-engineering program of the originations
and back-office processing functions, which significantly
improved service quality, employee retention rates and dramatically
reduced operating expenses.
Ken
also has experience in technology sales as well as banking
where among other things was responsible for developing and
implementing the outbound sales strategy for Mellon Bank.
