Our recruiting efforts focus solely on sales professionals and go well beyond "head hunting" activities. Our expertise in sales and the selling process will offer you more than just resumes. We have developed the same careful process for interviewing and evaluating sales professionals as we have in building sales models. All candidates will be required to go through at least two interviews before he/she ever gets presented to you. And, upon your request, we will administer assessment tests (see People: Sales Force Assessment) to further validate the candidates fit into your organization. Final candidate "packages" presented to you will include a resume, strengths and weaknesses opinion, along with a copy of a formal sales assessment test. Our goal is to provide you with the optimal candidate that best fits into your selling environment in order to increase the likelihood of success and longevity within your organization.
